FAQ
How much will my cake cost?
My mom has set my pricing by my experience, time and talent. We believe in complete pricing transparency and make our pricing readily available on our Wedding Cake Pricing page. All cakes start with a base tier price and fluctuate based on your cakes size, artwork, delivery, etc.
What if I don't my favorite flavor on your list?
At this time, I will list all the flavors that I am 100% confident in making. As my talents grow, I will add more flavors accordingly.
Can I change my mind on flavors, fillings, or design at the last minute?
You can change your mind within 30 days of the event. Just keep in mind, that a new design will alter your pricing depending on the severity of the new design. All changes to your order that decreases it, will be capped at $100 return value.
What if I don't see a cake that I want in your Image Gallery?
We specialize in naked cakes and romantic boho cakes. Please email us a picture of your desired cake, and I can advised further.
What is your cake tasting cancellation or refund policy?
Cake tasting cancellations need to be in written form via email jordansflourbox@gmail.com. In order to receive refund, you must cancel within 14 days of your date of pickup.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IF YOU CANCEL ANY ORDER WITHIN HOURS OF YOUR PICKUP!
how much is the cake deposit?
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to ensure your date is secure. Balance is due 3 days before event.
What is your refund policy?
Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE! Unfortunately, as outlined in the contract I’m unable to offer a refund on the balance. I had assigned that day for your wedding, and there’s no guarantee that I’ll be able to fill it with another booking so your cancellation has a financial impact on me as a solo creative. Your balance is due 3 days before your wedding date; which gives you plenty of time in-between to cancel + remove your date from our calendar.
Can you work with special dietary restrictions?
At this time, I am unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions. Please email me for more information.
How much is your wedding cake delivery prices?
We will deliver your wedding cake up to 10 miles for free. 15-25 miles $25.00 25-50 miles $50 dollars.
Unfortunately we can not deliver outside of 50 miles at this time.
What are your Custom Cake Cancellation Policies?
The process of making your custom edible work of art starts weeks in advance, from processing the order to ordering the professional supplies needed to craft your particular edible work of art. As you can tell, we pay the utmost attention to detail and start making precision pieces of your order well ahead of time. We are in high demand, and reserve your spot in our schedule as we sell out every week. It is for these reasons your custom cake order is unable to be canceled or rescheduled within 21 days of it’s due date.
